Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for every client. Please review them carefully before scheduling your appointment.
Appointment Policies
Appointment Management
All appointments must be booked, rescheduled, or canceled online through our booking system. Clients are responsible for managing their appointments using the booking link and confirmation emails provided at the time of booking.
Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly, as appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates will be sent via email and/or text message.
We are unable to make scheduling changes through social media messages, direct texts, or phone calls.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment modified at the artist’s discretion based on the remaining time available.
Clients arriving up to 30 minutes late may still be serviced; however, due to time constraints, the pre-numbing portion of the appointment may be skipped. The standard numbing process requires approximately 30 minutes and is built into the scheduled appointment time. Skipping this step allows us to remain on schedule and avoid delays for subsequent clients.
To be considered on time, you must be physically inside the studio and checked in. Being in the parking lot, driving, or “almost there” does not qualify as being present for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be required to forfeit their appointment and deposit. No exceptions.
Deposit Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
Deposits may be transferred one time when sufficient notice is provided according to our rescheduling policy. Any additional changes may require a new deposit.
Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are not refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule request.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
No-call/no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of all deposits and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Guest Policy
To maintain a safe, professional, and distraction-free environment, guests, children, and pets are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved due to special circumstances.
Previous Permanent Makeup
Clients with previous permanent makeup performed by another artist must submit clear photos for approval prior to booking.
Failure to obtain approval before booking may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Health & Safety
For your safety, certain medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions may affect eligibility for permanent makeup services.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all pre-care instructions and contraindications prior to booking.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in service refusal.
Results & Touch-Ups
Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. Initial results will appear darker and more defined immediately following the procedure and will soften during the healing process.
A perfect healed result cannot be guaranteed after a single session. Most clients require a perfecting touch-up to complete the process.
Healed results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, medications, and individual body chemistry.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of permanent makeup services and the time reserved specifically for each client, all sales, deposits, and services are final.
No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies.
